Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. If you encounter any issues with shipping to your country, please reach out to our support team.
Shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, or other additional fees required by local regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s policies and covering any associated fees.
Delivery through Rebelrot typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched and handed over to the local carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost items or delays caused by the carrier. For delivery-related concerns, kindly contact the carrier directly.
During holidays or sales, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that refunds or exchanges cannot be processed. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For returns over EUR 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
